He was predeceased by: his mother Bueta Rupp (Yoder); and his sister Nora Jean "Jeanne" Rupp. He is survived by: his father Marlin Rupp (Esther) of Wauseon; his wife Ronda Snyder; his children, Aaron Rupp (Carlee) of Livonia, MI and Laura Noll (Brandon) of New Haven, IN; and his siblings, Monica Zimmerman (Dennis) of Wauseon, Gary Rupp (Audrey) of Whitestown, IN, Diane Kempf (Mike) of Pettisville, Carol Hines (Sam) of Newton, KS, Eileen Yoder (Ruben) of Pettisville and Tom Rupp (Deanna) of Pettisville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers please send plants, the family suggests that memorials be given to Harbour Light Ministries, or Sara's Garden.
