It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Ellen Stacy of Petersburg, Ohio, who passed away on February 13, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wilkeson and Dorothy Wilkeson (Harrold); her husband Edward C. Stacy; her siblings, Richard Wilkeson, Miriam Smith, Jane Simcox and Helen Kawecki; and her son-in-law Blaine Shearer.
She is survived by: her children, Dolores Parks (Richard) of New Middletown, Gary Stacy (Susan) of New Waterford, James Stacy (Amy) of Boardman, Ronald Stacy (Judy) of Petersburg, Richard Stacy (Michelle) of New Springfield and Lynda Shearer of York, Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Diane Burns, William Parks (Michele), Bradley Parks (Jennifer), Bryan Stacy (Megan), Daniel Stacy (Megan), Ryan Stacy (Katlin), Emily Ciccone (Michael), Erica Shearer, Mark Shearer and Laura Shearer; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Julianna, Hunter, Millie Jo, Audrey, Austin, Kadence, Hannah, Ashlyn, Louis and Emilio.
The family requests that material tributes take the form of contributions to Akron Children's Hospital Akron Campus, 214 E. Bowery Street, Akron, OH 44308 in memory of Marjorie.
