He is survived by: his wife Tamra "Tammy" Gillespie; his daughters, Falon Cusick-Lowe (Dale) of Petersburg, Haley Cusick-Bussey (Austin) of Petersburg and Kacey Cusick of Petersburg; his mother Delores Clay (William) of New Springfield; his father-in-law Thomas Whitfield of New Springfield; his sisters, Lori Toot (Chris) of East Palestine, Lou Ann Kraus (Paul) of East Palestine and Brenda Gremba (Dan) of East Palestine; his uncle Stanley Cusick (Debbie) of Lisbon; and his grandchildren, Lowe, Dani Lynn Bussey and Jase Howard Bussey.
