He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Cornwell, Sr. and Joann Straley Cornwell; and his brother Steven Cornwell. He is survived by: his nephew Allen Cornwell; his pet Peaches; his wife Teresa Murar Cornwell; his sons, Daniel Faith (Jessica) of Niles and Jason Faith of Niles; his grandchildren, Leilah and Logan; and his siblings, Ronald Cornwell (Rhonda) of New Middletown, Douglas Cornwell of Boardman, Jody Cornwell of Youngstown and Mellissa Cornwell of Columbus.
