She is survived by: her sons, Rick Fowler (Toni) of Perrysville, Rex Allen Fowler (Edith) of Mansfield, Russell Fowler (Linda) of Perrysville and Ronald Fowler of Butler; and her siblings, John Oswalt and Marian Eilenfeld. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 26, great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.
