She was predeceased by: her parents, James Forrest and Laura Ely. She is survived by: her husband Gary Richard Miller; her daughters, Carrie Cianciola and Melanie Smith (Andy); her grandchildren, Juniper and Cedar Smith; her siblings, Grant Ely (Lydia), Robert Ely (Brenda) and Laura Lee Wilson (Brian); and her siblings-in-law, Jane Ely and Roland Miller. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
