He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Booth and Elsie L. Collins Booth; his wife Nancy; his son Kevin; and his siblings, Jim, Paul, Marjorie and Ronald.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Morckel (David), Kenny Booth (Carol), David Booth (Tammy) and Steven Booth (Sharon); and his siblings, Delores Clifton and Gary Booth (Debbie). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren.
