He is survived by: his parents, John Harker and Judy Ann Fraley (Delph) of Perrysville; his sons, Mason Keenan Fraley of Perrysville and Justice Michael Fraley of Perrysville; and his brothers, Brian William Fraley (Angie Britton) of Butler and Johnny Fraley (Keli Dotson) of Bellville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
