She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Jacobs and Hazel Jacobs (Arquette); her former husband Thomas; her children, Kay Ann Curley and Daniel Curley; her grandson Raymond; her great grandchild Emily; and her sisters, Agnes, Florence, Eleanor, Elsie and Margaret.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Curley (Kathy), Carol Slaybaugh and Marianne Palinski (Ken); and her sisters, Ann Westfall and Corrine Peth. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren.
