It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Timothy Spears of Perrysburg, Ohio, who passed away on December 24, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloria Spears (Warner) and Gerard Spears; and his siblings, Mike, John Spears, Pat Miller and Kathy Paul.
He is survived by: his significant other Julie Spears (Lloyd); his stepson Stacy Lloyd; his grandson Devan Lloyd; his siblings, Joe Spears (Shelli) and Eileen Duncan; and his siblings-in-law, Patti Shellhammer Spears, Pat Karpinski and Sam Besase, Jr.. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
His career reflected his love for exploration, working as a sailor for the Columbia Transportation System/Oglebay Norton, and later as an over-the-road truck driver during the 1980s, returning to that role during the COVID-19 pandemic to support those in need.
