It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Spychala of Perrysburg, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on March 13, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Spychala and Irene Spychala (Braciak); and his brother David Spychala. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Spychala (Bielawski); and his sisters, Judy Edwards (Dan), Marie Jankowski (Mike) and Janet Spitulski. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Tom's honor to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital, St. Hyacinth's Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
