It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Neil Czerwiec (Perrysburg, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on January 23, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his uncle Marius Zurat; and his brother-in-law Dennis Wolf. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Czerwiec; his sons, Neil Czerwiec and Colin Czerwiec; his sister Pam Wolf; and his aunt Jeanne Zurat. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
