It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Brezinski (Perrysburg, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on August 13, 2019, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David A. Brezinski and Irene M. Brezinski (Grabarski); and his brother John W. Brezinski. He is survived by: his daughter Olivia Brezinski; his brothers, Stephen and Andrew Brezinski; and his nieces and nephews, Kevin, Kyle, Kendall and Klaire.
In lieu of flowers Memorial contributions may be made in Tom's name to St. Rose Catholic Church.
