He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kobylak and Angela Kobylak (Kornasiewicz); his brother Ronald Kobylak; and his niece Trisha Kobylak. He is survived by: his wife Corinne; his children, Kenneth Kobylak (Denise) and Cheryl Flox (Leland); and his grandchildren, Jacob Kobylak U. S. Army, Gabriel Kobylak U. S. Navy, Isaiah Kobylak, Jackson Flox and Mira Flox.
