He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph and Betty Hannigan (Farley); his son Mark; his stepmother Katherine; his siblings, Bill Hannigan and Laura Hannigan; his siblings-in-law, Frank Gallo, Donald Burns, Jim Adamonis, Elaine Burns and Rosemary Poppert; and his niece Marisa Gallo.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peg" Galante; his sons, Daniel, Steve and John Hannigan (Catie); his grandchildren, Isabel, Brianna, Bodie and Sara; and his siblings, Jack Hannigan (Vicki), Connie Adamonis, Tim Hannigan (Meda), Christine Maloney and Michele Hannigan.
Memorial contributions may be made in Terry's name to St. John XXIII.
