She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hoffman and Mary Hoffman (Busic); her husband Robert L. Grames; and her sister Patricia Bunch. She is survived by: her sons, Together and Robert J. Grames (Kristy); her sister Debbie Moench; her niece Wendy Thompson (David); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sunny and Jesse; and her brother-in-law Mike Grames.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
