She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Penny and Evon Penny (SanCartier); and her siblings, Patricia Arnold and Thomas Penny. She is survived by: her children, Karen Sims (Ken), Terrie Richardson (John) and Jeffrey Schramm (Tracy); her grandchildren, Kendra Miolla (Todd), Kandance Miller, Kassie DeStazio (Joe), John Richardson, Josh Richardson (Amber), Carrie Richardson, Lindsay Galambos (Kevin) and Sarah Schramm; and her brother James Penny. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
