It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Alan Riggs (Perrysburg, Ohio), born in Tawas City, Michigan, who passed away on June 27, 2019, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Denton "Jack" and Connie S. Riggs (Maple); his children, Victoria Riggs, Ryan Riggs, LCpl and Carter Riggs; and his siblings, Kay Rockel (Doug), Craig Riggs (Lauren), Andrew Riggs (Cindy), Paul Frommert (Linda), James Frommert, Mary Jo Mistal (Alan) and Martha Kausch (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
