She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy D. May and Norma L. May (Hartman); her former husband Fred J. Lorentz; her husband Earl D. Fulk; her grandson Nathan; her son-in-law Paul Siler; and her siblings, Bill May and Margaret "Peg" Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Candace Meyer (Tony) of Perrysburg, Betty Siler of Defiance, Ohio and Randy Lorentz of Madison, Wisconsin; and her grandchildren, Amy, Chelle, Nathalie and Rylee. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and her dog.
