It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard E. Emmons (Perrysburg, Ohio), born in Fort Thomas, Kentucky, who passed away on August 23, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Emmons and Esther Emmons (Hart); and his sister Ruth Elbe. He is survived by: his wife Judith Emmons; his daughters, Michele Combs (Patrick) and Rebecca Hartline (Ronald); and his grandsons, Ryan Combs, Charlie Combs, Blake Hartline and Drew Hartline. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
