He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rubley Sr. and Ellen J. Armstrong. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert T. Rubley Jr. of Lansing, MI, Bridgette Howard of Florida, Bruce Rubley and Thomas Rubley (Laura) of St. Johns, MI; and his niece Shawn Shaw (Brian).
