With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis A. Vozniak of Perrysburg, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on May 28, 2021 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis A. Vozniak to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Dlugiewicz and Martha Dlugiewicz (Wielinski); her husband Donald; her brother Daniel; and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Dlugiewicz and Christine Smith (Vozniak).
She is survived by: her children, Ann Marie Jablonowski (Thomas) and Gregory Vozniak (Louise); her grandchildren, Krysten Jablonowski, Michael Jablonowski (Megan), Veronica Vozniak and Jack Vozniak; and her sister-in-law Rosemarie Norrick-Urash (Robert). She is also survived by her husband and with her children and grandchildren.
They are also thankful for the support and care they and Phyllis received from Heartland Hospice—especially nurse Kathy who kept Mom close via social media during the pandemic.
