He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth McDowell; his wife Rose; his children-in-law, James Chambers and Marsha Eckel; his great grandchildren, Carter and Jaxon; and his grandfather Frank Eckel (Florence).
He is survived by: his children, Jean Chambers, Jerry Eckel and Cathy Greulich; his grandchildren, Kristy (Glenn), Jeff (Gina), Tina, Tommy (Trish) and Bobby (Kelly); his stepgrandchildren, Michelle (Mike) and Chris (Samantha); and his sisters, Alice Sadowski and Margaret Dargahi. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; 10 great-greatgrandchildren.
