With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick J. Gallagher of Perrysburg, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on February 9, 2023 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gallagher and Bette Lou Gallagher (Allen); and his sisters, Kathleen, Mary Louise and Jodette Marie.

He is survived by: his wife Susan K. "Sue"; his children, James P. Gallagher (Jessica) and Ashley K. Lathrop (Gerald); his grandchildren, Damien, Gage, Gerald Jr., Corbin, Maycie and Maverick; and his siblings, Mike Gallagher (Pam), Molly Tomaszewski (Gene), William Gallagher (Paula) and John Gallagher.
