She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Guziolek and Cecelia Guziolek; her husband Roland Pacynski; and her siblings, Barbara Olszewski, Darlene Owens and Aloysius Guziolek.
She is survived by: her children, Roland Pacynski (Karen), Josie Ahrens (Phil), Rosemarie Bailey (Tom), Joseph Pacynski (Ashley) and Jennifer Cherry (Bob); her sister Phyllis Pence (Michael); her grandchildren, David (Nichole), Matthew, Phillip Ahrens, Donald, Kevin, Chris (Christina), Tom Bailey, Collin, Kyle, Mackenzie, Ariel Pacynski and Jimmy Reynolds; and her great grandchildren, Piper, Aiden Ahrens, Maddisyn, Krystal, Tommy, Johnny, Ian, Ethan and Christopher Bailey.
