Mandell; her children, Jeff Mandell (Amy) and Jamie Pelton (Brandon); her grandchildren, Madisen Tallman (Ian), Allisen Mandell, Izabelle Mandell, Avery Mandell, Cole Pelton and Brenna Pelton; her great grandchild Oaklyn; and her brothers, Norman Fix and Robert Fix (Marie).
Memorial donations in Patty's name may be made to the Toledo Zoo, Wood County Parks or a charity of the donor's choice.
