She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Swartz and Frances Swartz (Mandell); her husband Gary Berger; and her brother Ray Swartz. She is survived by: her daughters, April Oman (Lance), Stephanie Souza (Kurt) and Christine Van Rooyen (Gerrit); her siblings, Paul Swartz (Laurie) and Connie Zitlow (Ervin); and her sister-in-law Gwen Swartz. She is also survived by four grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home (222 E South Boundary St, Perrysburg, OH 43551). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Xxiii Catholic Church (24250 N Dixie Hwy, Perrysburg, OH 43551). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the Fort Meigs Union Cemetery (620 W Indiana Ave, Perrysburg, OH 43551).
Memorial contributions may be made in Miriam's name to The Wood County Humane Society.
