We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2024, at the age of 101, Mary Joanne Asmus of Perrysburg, Ohio, born in Stamford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Immacolata Mattera and Fredrico Mattera; her husband Marcus Asmus; and her brothers, Peter Mattera and Pat Florio.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Asmus (Lonna) and Ann Cajka (Joseph) of Perrysburg, OH; and her grandchildren, Mark John Asmus (Tutsy), Allison Sparks (Stephen), Andrew Asmus (Katie), David Cajka (Maggie) and Mason Cajka. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials take the form of contributions to a charity of the Donors Choice.
