He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gorman and Margaret Gorman (Cook); his brother Maurice; his mother-in-law Virginia Crooks; and his nephew Daniel Lowry III.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Crooks; his friends, Mike, Charlie and Jake; his children, Ashley Gorman and Ryan Gorman (Rebecka); his father-in-law Harry Crooks; his sisters-in-law, Lisa Wadlow (Gary) and Cynthia Credell (John); and his niece Elizabeth Van Kuiken (Mike).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mark's name to The American Melanoma Foundation or Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg.
