He is survived by: his wife Anna Banachowski; his children, Adam, Zachary and Amy Banachowski; his stepchildren, Alaina Wright and Matt Emahiser; and his siblings, John Banachowski (Sue) of Liberty Center, Keith Banachowski (Jessica) of Columbus, Ann Mishka (Bill) of Perrysburg and Lynn Dawley (Terry) of Perrysburg. He is also survived by many brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
