She is survived by: her children, Craig Mellott of Old Fort, Mark Mellott (Denise) of Albuquerque, NM, Missy Kinor (Len) of Perrysburg and Curt Mellott (Melissa) of Tiffin; her brother John IV Hoover (Kristine) of Spokane, WA; her sister-in-law Dorothy Smith of Tiffin; her grandchildren, Nathanial Mellott (Heather) of Wayne, Nick Mellott (Erin) of Old Fort, Matthew Mellott (Dawn) of Tiffin, Caley Mellott of Phoenix, AZ, Mason Mellott of Oahu, Allison Reigelmyer (Allen) of Maineville, OH, Adrienne Kinor of New York City, NY, Carson, Mattie and Maizie Mellott of Tiffin; and her great grandchildren, Codie, Logan, Colt, Gage, Javier, Lilly, Kennedy and Natalie.
