He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Bills Sr. and Doris Pugh Bills; and his sister Debbie Auger. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Bills and Michael Bills; and his close friends, Hank, Sue, Pam and Larry. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lemoyne Baptist Church (25020 Bradner Rd, Genoa, OH 43430).
