We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2023, at the age of 61, Kevin P. Creutz of Perrysburg, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Paul Creutz; his brother Michael Creutz; his nephews, Andy Smoot and Brandon Kusz; and his parents-in-law, Anthony and Paula Lisiakowski.
He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Creutz (Panuto); his wife Joy Creutz (Lisiakowski); his daughters, Erin Prater and Kelli Geis (Alex); his grandchildren, Jack, Callie Prater, Gabi and Carli Geis; and his siblings, Cathy Davis and Robert Creutz.
