He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Artz and Mary Artz (Cornelius); his wife Evelyn Agosti; and his son Daniel. He is survived by: his children, Pamela Knight (David Welch) of Toledo and Michael Artz (Sherri) of Toledo; his daughter-in-law Connie Artz; his grandchildren, Amanda Blachman, Brittany Hamilton (Jesse), Cory and Chad Musselman; his great grandchild Brixton; and his siblings, Joyce Dauer (Richard), Bob (Joan) and Duane (Lynn). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and wonderful friend.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (For Evelyn and Dan), Hospice of Northwest Ohio, ALS Foundation, or St. Rose Catholic Church.
