She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Kehoe and Eleanor Kehoe (Carson). She is survived by: her husband Danny Sackett; her children, Ashley Skolits (Jason) and Brandon Sackett (Ashley); her grandchildren, Penny, Parker, Callie, Sophie and Leah; and her brother Danny Kehoe (Stephanie).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Kathleen's name to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
