She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond MacDonald and Melanie MacDonald (Vogel); her husband Samuel Sloan; her son Stephen Sloan; her great grandchild Samantha Proch; and her sister Patricia LeRoy.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Hoffman; her grandchildren, Heather Cousino-Proch (Charles Jr.), Courtnay Cousino, Andrea DeWood (Matthew), Nathan Sloan (Elizabeth) and Phoebe Sloan (Joshua Byers); her great grandchildren, Alexia Proch, Logan Proch, Sloan DeWood, Owen Sloan, D. George DeWood III, London Cohen, Zoe Sloan, Mac DeWood and Ruby DeWood; her sister Sharon Baumgartner (James); and her boyfriend Donald Nicholson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in June Sloan's name to Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA), 1018 Jefferson Ave., Toledo, Ohio 43604 or to a charity of donor's choice.
