It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ellen Carpenter of Perrysburg, Ohio, born in Custar, Ohio, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests giving memorial donations to The American Cancer Society or Ohio Living Hospice.
