He is survived by: his family, TerryAnne Freistuhler (Adam) of Perrysburg, OH, Thomas Brainard (Marianne) of Perrysburg, OH, Meagan Dennis (Brainard) of Perrysburg, OH, Joseph T. Brainard (Ashley) of Haskins, OH and Emma Dennis of Perrysburg, OH; his siblings, Thelma "Thumper" Hofmann and Edward Brainard (Jacqueline); and his sister-in-law Diana Oliver. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
