With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jonathan Lewis (Perrysburg, Ohio), who passed away on September 28, 2019 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert H. Lewis and Jeannette R. Lewis; his wife Carol Lewis (VanNatta); his son Brandon J. Lewis (Sara); his granddaughter Baylee; and his brothers, James Lewis (Jane) of Wisconsin, William Lewis (Melanie) of Wisconsin and David Lewis (Dolores) of Delta, OH. He was also cherished by seven nieces and nephews.
