He is survived by: his wife Amy; his children, Bryce, Kaeyla and Ashlyn; his foster son Mason; his parents, Karen S. and Gerald N; and his siblings, Heidi (Dave), Jerry (Kathy), Kathy Paula (Steve), Tony (Shena) and Aaron. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
