He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Lebold and Hazel Lebold (Herman); his former wife Janice E. Moore; and his brother James Lebold. He is survived by: his wife Jo Lebold; his children, Jennifer Clark (Fred), Jill Lebold and Jerold Lebold (Molly); his stepsons, Todd Ansberg (Christi) and Bradley Ansberg (Carrie); and his grandchildren, Madyson Clark, Anna Lebold, Lilly Lebold, Elise Ansberg, Bre Rotterdam and Teddy Ansberg.
