He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Hodak and Mary Hodak (Stack); his grandmothers, Meri Hodak and Clara Stack; and his brother Dennis.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie (Balduf); his siblings, Bob Hodak (Lynn), George Hodak (Julie) and Mary Ann Rose (Denny); his brothers-in-law, John Balduf (Linda) and Corky Balduf (Karen); his children, Kerry (Richard Arnold), Alex, Adam (Amber Fagan) and Matt Hodak (Stella Burger); and his grandchildren, John Robert, Katherine Elizabeth and Victoria Marie Arnold. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and grand-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to St. Andrew's Episcopal Church.
