Jeremiah Patrick O'Connor Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2020, at the age of 87, Jeremiah Patrick O'Connor (Perrysburg, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David Patrick and Mary Josephine O'Connor (Ryan); his wife Mary Anne; and his siblings, Hannah Keyworth (Howard), Eileen Dunn (Bob) and Dennis O'Connor (Nancy).

He is survived by: his granddaughter Ann Marie; his children, Kevin O'Connor (Debbie), Kathleen Carmony (Kevin), Brian O'Connor and Ann Marie Schlicher (Dean); his grandchildren, Kaitlin Ganss (Kyle), Tyler Carmony (Christina), Nick Carmony (Sarah), Brittany Delao (Octavio), Jeremy Richardson, Maxwell O'Connor (Caylee) and Erin O'Connor; his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Emmerson, Kolton, Madeline, Giovanni and Novella; and his siblings, David P. O'Connor Jr. (Elizabeth), Margaret Joyce (John) and Mary Jo Hepburn (Gerard). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren who loved Papa.

Due to current stay at home mandates pertaining to the coronavirus pandemic, the family intends to hold a funeral mass followed by a joint Celebration of Life for both Jeremiah and Mary Anne O'Connor sometime this summer.

They will not be surprised to hear that Dad continued to be the ultimate host, despite facing Alzheimer's disease that affected the last 12 years of his life.
