He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his brother Jim; his children, Rob and Susan; his granddaughters, Kylie and Kassie; his sister-in-law Noreen; and his nephews, Brian and Jym.

Donations may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio in his name.
