Kotula of Perrysburg, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on August 31, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Kotula (Blochowski) and John Kotula; his wife Betty Jane Kotula; and his siblings, Cleo Kotula, John Kotula and Kathleen Cornwell.
He is survived by: his grandchild Jeb; his daughters, Karen Schwind (Scott), Sharon Brinker (Bill), Laura Brady (Paul) and Linda Melvin; his grandchildren, Lesley Bevil, Eric, Adam Schwind, Rob Groves, Aaron, Jared Brinker, John Paul, Allison Brady, Kate and Jake Melvin; and his siblings, Natalie Kotula and Fred Kotula (Gerri Lynn). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
