He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Duncan and Opal Duncan (Snyder); his wife Donna J. Duncan; and his siblings, Delores Duncan and Robert Duncan.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Bob; his children, Daryl Duncan (Jeanette) and Melisa Koch (Robert); his grandchildren, Makenzie, Franklin Duncan, Ashley Blackwood (Cameron) and Erik Koch (Stephanie); his great grandchildren, Rowan Blackwood, Samuel and Stella Koch; his brother William Duncan; his children, Jeremy Willis, Tina Vance (Greg) and Holly Lashaway-Mazur (Andrew); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Morgan Willis, Hannah Vance-Beckhoff (Mark), Gracelyn Vance, Isabella and Jocelyn Lashaway; and his great grandchildren, Winston and Knox Beckhoff.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Shriners Hospital or the Wounded Warrior Project.
