She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Syfert and Esther Syfert (Shinneman); her husband Ted Lentz; and her brothers, Gerry, Stanley and Carl Syfert.
She is survived by: her stepson Todd Lentz (Cindy); her stepgrandson Andrew (Shaunna); and her stepgreat-grandsons, Henry and Max.
