She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Bond and James Bond; her husband Harold "Sam" Spade; her sister Marian Bandy; her daughter Vickie Lynn; and her son-in-law Art Ledyard.
She is survived by: her children, David Spade (Mitzi) and Kathy Ledyard; her grandchildren, Alan, Jenna (Scott), Audra (Spencer), Steve (Erin), Angie (Brian) and Stacey (Joel); and her sister Geneva Cully (Howard). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great- grandchildren.
