He was predeceased by: his parents, Desso T. Underwood and Marcella C. Underwood (Westbeld); his wife Lavonne; and his brother Larry Underwood. He is survived by: his children, Lyle Underwood (Kristine) of Sylvania and Lisa Underwood of Perrysburg.
