He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Connie M. Mockensturm; his daughter Brittany Hamilton (Jesse); his father Kenneth I. Artz of Perrysburg; his siblings, Pamela Knight (Dave Welch) of Toledo and Michael Artz (Sherri) of Toledo; his father-in-law Gerald Mockensturm of Perrysburg; his siblings-in-law, Carol Koch (Gerry), Sue Banas (Brian) of Perrysburg, Larry Mockensturm of Sylvania and Tim Mockensturm (Dana) of Holland; his mother Evelyn Artz; and his mother-in-law Thelma Mockensturm. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials take the form of contributions to: The family or for the Mass intentions of Dan c/o St. Rose Catholic Church.
